Andrea Gabrielle, Partner & Chief Executive Officer

Andrea Gabrielle is a marketing management veteran with a track record of entrepreneurial achievement. As CEO of Neptune Web, he maintains order and continuity internally and externally, ensuring a consistently high level of performance and client satisfaction. His dedication to service and holistic approach derive from direct, experiential knowledge. He has worked in diverse managerial capacities — operations, customer service, account management, sales and marketing — and in diverse international contexts in Europe, Latin America, Japan and the U.S. for global enterprises such United Technologies Corporation, UT Carrier Corporation, UT Otis Elevator Company, and True Technology Inc.. Mr. Gabrielle holds an MBA from The Monterey Institute of International Studies (A Middlebury College Graduate School) and a BA from Trinity College.

Charles Dalsass, Partner & Chief Technology Officer
Charles Dalsass is the wellspring of Neptune Web's technological vision. Equally fluent in the Unix/Linux and NT development worlds, his facility with sophisticated technologies is backed by experience gained at Banta Integrated Media, a global leader in software design. He has launched projects for such clients as Hewlett Packard, J.J. Keller and John Deere. Mr. Dalsass holds an MS in information technology from MIT and a BA in civil engineering from the University of Connecticut.
