Charles Dalsass is the wellspring of Neptune Web's technological reach and the overarching vision scribing the dimensions and possibilities of each project. Equally fluent in the Unix/Linux and NT development worlds, his innate facility with sophisticated technologies is backed by experience gained as the technical lead at Banta Integrated Media, a global leader in software design and launched projects for such clients as Hewlett Packard, J.J. Keller and John Deere. Mr. Dalsass holds an MS in information technology from MIT and a BA in civil engineering from the University of Connecticut.
